Roy was elected to his first term in 1997 and has served in all positions of the Board throughout his tenure with the District. Roy is a retired airman for the US Airforce and also retired from the North Bend School District in the maintenance section.
Roy has served as the President of the Board for several years.

Charleston Fire District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Charleston Fire District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
