Coos Fire Protective Association has declared Fire Season to be in effect as of June 11, 2024, all burn permits (open and barrells) are cancelled affective Midnight June 10, 2024.
Outside of Fire Season, Burning permits are required for all residential and commercial open debris and burning barrels. No permits will be written during Fire Season.
During Fire Season (Ussually mid June to late October) all burning is banned under Coos Forest Protective Associationdeclaration.
Please come down to the station, 92342 Cape Arago Hwy, or call us at 541-888-3268 to apply for your Burn Permit outside of a declared Fire Season.
