Mailing Address: 92342 Cape Arago Hwy Coos Bay, OR 97420
My name is Austin Cybulski. I'm originally from the suburbs surrounding Detroit, Michigan. My family and I moved to Coos Bay in 2018. I became a Student Firefighter in the summer of 2019 with the goal of becoming a FF/Paramedic. In the Summer of 2021 I had the opportunity to apply for one of two full time positions here at Charleston Fire, and shortly after the hiring process, formally accepted the offered position. Currently, you can find me on C SHIFT where I'm the shift lead. When not at work you can find me continuing to provide service to the greater area working at the local ambulance company, where I spent approx. 9 months working at full time while pulling 48's during my time as a Student Firefighter, before working here full time. You may also find me at the local parks and beaches enjoying the wonderful weather that the Oregon Coast has to offer throughout the year.
